1. Agreement to Terms
This website (ride24hours.com) is operated by Ride24Hours, Maharashtra's premier 24/7 cab booking platform. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Ride24Hours. We offer intercity travel, airport transfers, and customized tour packages subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, booking a ride, or using our services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation customers, driver partners, vendors, suppliers, and visitors.
2. Service Scope & Operational Rules
- Outstation Service Limits: Cabs booked for outstation travel (One Way, Round Trip, or Multi-city) cannot be used for local city travel at the destination or starting point unless specifically included in your booking voucher.
- Municipal Limits: Local rentals and airport pick-up/drop services are strictly valid within designated municipal city limits. Any request for travel beyond city limits will entitle the driver to deny service without any refund liability.
- Commercial Vehicles: In compliance with national and state laws, customers are required to board yellow-plate commercial permit taxis only. Ride24Hours aggregates only commercial-permit vehicles driven by licensed chauffeurs.
- Calendar Day Billing: All outstation bookings are calculated on a calendar-day basis (midnight 12:00 AM to midnight 11:59 PM). For example, a cab booked for a single-day outstation trip starting at 5:00 PM on Day 1 is valid until 11:59 PM of that same day, and does not extend to 5:00 PM of Day 2.
3. Fares, Charges, and Exclusions
Unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation voucher, the basic rental fare covers only the vehicle hire and fuel for the specified route. The following charges are strictly excluded and must be borne directly by the customer:
- All parking fees, toll plaza charges, state entry taxes, municipal taxes, and airport parking/entry fees.
- Driver night allowances and food allowances where applicable as mentioned on the voucher.
- Charges for extra kilometers consumed beyond the designated limit.
- Charges for extra hours consumed beyond the designated limit.
Any promotional discounts, coupons, or festival offers are applicable only on the basic fare. They cannot be applied to tolls, state taxes, parking, driver allowances, or extra kilometer/hour surcharges.
4. Customer Conduct & Usage Policy
To maintain a safe and comfortable travel experience, you agree to the following guidelines:
- You shall not use our vehicles or services for any illegal activities, including transporting contraband, smuggling, or operating in violation of the laws of India.
- You shall not post or send defamatory, abusive, obscene, or unlawful content in communications with our support team or driver partners.
- We reserve the right to deny or terminate services to any customer showing abusive behavior, intoxication, or misconduct toward our driver partners.
- Exploiting, copying, or duplicating any content, brand assets, or structure of the Ride24Hours website without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Delay, Waiting Time, and No Show
- Waiting Charges: Customers are entitled to a grace period of 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. Delays exceeding 30 minutes (for any reason) will attract standard hourly waiting charges as per the vehicle category.
- No Show: The driver is instructed to wait at the designated pick-up spot for a maximum of 60 minutes. If the customer is unreachable or fails to board the cab within 60 minutes without coordinating a delayed departure, the booking is marked as a "No Show." In this scenario, the entire advance booking amount is forfeited.
6. Amendments & In-Trip Changes
If you need to change your itinerary during a trip (e.g., converting a one-way trip to a round-trip or extending the destinations), you must call our 24/7 customer support center.
Whether to approve the amendment is at the sole discretion of our logistics team and depends on vehicle availability. If approved, the difference in fare must be settled immediately with the driver in cash or online transfer as directed by support before the changes take effect.
7. Liability & Force Majeure Limitations
- aggregator Role: Ride24Hours acts as an online cab booking aggregator. While we make every effort to verify fleet quality, we cannot be held directly liable for traffic jams, road construction delays, vehicle breakdowns, lapses on the part of the driver, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, local restrictions).
- Liability Cap: Under no circumstances shall the total liability of Ride24Hours for any claims, losses, damages, or lapses in service exceed the actual booking amount paid by the customer.
- No Consequential Losses: We are not liable to reimburse the customer for consequential expenses, including missed flights, train connections, pre-booked hotel packages, or business meeting losses due to delays, cancellations, or driver "no shows."
- Alternative Cabs: If a scheduled cab fails to arrive and we are unable to arrange an alternative mode of transport within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund of the booking amount will be issued within 10 days.
8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any claim, dispute, or legal proceeding arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
